Munarra Gully Gold Project
Project Highlights
Location:
Murchison Goldfield, Western Australia
Historic Recovered Grade:
~15 g/t Au
Status:
Joint venture established; development planning and evaluation underway
Murchison Goldfield, Western Australia
Rocktivity has entered into a joint venture with Diversified Asset Holdings Pty Ltd to advance the Munarra Gully Gold Project, located in the historic Stakewell area of Western Australia’s Murchison Goldfield.
Situated approximately 56–60 kilometres southwest of Meekatharra, the project combines a historically producing high-grade gold mine with additional exploration and development potential at Munarra North.
Project Overview
The Munarra Gully Project comprises two key areas:
- Munarra Gully – M 51/579 over the underlying P 51/1683, covering the historic Munarra Gully workings.
- Munarra North – P 51/2831, being converted to M 51/898, approximately 5 kilometres north of Munarra Gully and close to the regional haul road.
Rocktivity will manage and fund the agreed technical and commercial development activities, including drilling, permitting, mine planning and the progression of potential mining and processing arrangements.

A High-Grade Gold History
Munarra Gully has a documented history of high-grade gold production, with approximately 6,330 ounces of gold produced from around 13,000 tonnes at an average recovered grade of approximately 15 g/t Au.
Historic mining extended only to approximately the 30-metre water table, leaving the mineralised system open at depth.
A subsequent 2002 ore-block model prepared by St Barbara Mines defined approximately 66,000 tonnes at 3.38 g/t Au, containing approximately 7,000 ounces of gold, with mineralisation interpreted to remain open down-dip to the north and down-plunge to the north-east.
These figures are historical and preliminary and have not been reported in accordance with the JORC Code (2012).
Munarra North
Approximately 5 kilometres north of the historic workings, Munarra North provides an additional exploration target within the broader project.
Historical drilling at Munarra North returned shallow high-grade gold intercepts, including:
10m @ 5.03 g/t Au
A 2025 rock-chip float sample also returned assays of approximately 230–255 ppm Au, highlighting the potential for further high-grade mineralisation within the project area.
These results are historical and preliminary and are not reported in accordance with the JORC Code (2012).
Rocktivity’s Development Strategy
Rocktivity’s focus is to apply its mining, technical and commercial capabilities to assess a practical pathway towards development.
The initial work program will include:
- Pit design and mine planning
- Financial modelling
- Stage-one infill drilling
- Mining cost analysis
- Permitting and operational planning
- Assessment and negotiation of milling and toll-treatment arrangements
Rocktivity will fund agreed programs and manage drilling, permitting and mining operations, as well as negotiations for toll treatment or ore-sale arrangements with nearby gold processing facilities.
Potential processing options identified include Monument Mining’s Burnakura mill and Westgold’s Meekatharra hub, subject to commercial agreements and the required technical and operational assessments.

Leveraging Existing Infrastructure
Munarra Gully’s location within an established Western Australian gold mining district provides access to existing regional infrastructure and nearby processing capacity.
Rather than requiring the development of a standalone processing facility, Rocktivity’s strategy will assess opportunities to utilise third-party processing or ore-sale arrangements where commercially appropriate.
This approach is designed to provide a pragmatic pathway for evaluating the project’s potential to progress from historical gold project to active mining operation.
Joint Venture
Under the binding term sheet executed in July 2026, Rocktivity is the sole joint venture partner with Diversified Asset Holdings for the Munarra Gully Project.
Rocktivity will manage the project’s technical and commercial development and fund the agreed joint venture programs, with the parties working towards execution of a formal long-form Joint Venture Agreement.
